HOW IT WORKS
Simple. Clear. Professional.
Zaria’s Process Serving makes it easy to submit, track, and complete your process service request. From document upload through final proof of service, each assignment is handled with professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
DIGITAL SERVICE — ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Digital Service (eService) — $50
When electronic delivery is appropriate for your matter, Zaria's Process Serving can provide Digital Service through ServeManager.
Digital Service uses a secure recipient-specific electronic delivery process rather than simply sending legal documents as a standard email attachment.
Depending on the Digital Service workflow used, the recipient may receive a secure link, review the documents, electronically acknowledge receipt and/or waive physical service, and download the documents. ServeManager can record available activity such as link access, acknowledgment or waiver activity, and document downloads, and can generate a Digital Service Affidavit containing available transaction information.
Client responsibility: Before ordering Digital Service, you must independently confirm that electronic service or electronic delivery is permitted and appropriate for your particular case, court, jurisdiction, proceeding, or recipient.
Zaria's Process Serving does not provide legal advice, determine whether electronic service is legally sufficient, or guarantee that a court, agency, opposing party, attorney, or recipient will accept Digital Service.
More Than a Service Notice
A Zaria's Process Serving door-hanger service notice can do more than simply notify the intended recipient that a process server attempted to make contact.
When the notice includes the available QR-code option, the recipient may be able to use it to access an electronic delivery pathway through ServeManager. Depending on the Digital Service workflow, the recipient may be able to acknowledge receipt, affirmatively waive physical service where applicable, and obtain the documents electronically.
This can give the recipient an alternative to arranging another physical contact with the process server when electronic delivery is permitted and the recipient chooses to use it.
However, the availability of a QR code does not mean that electronic service is legally authorized for every case. The client is responsible for confirming that electronic service or electronic delivery is permitted under the applicable law, court rules, case requirements, or other governing requirements.
Understanding Service Attempts
A service attempt is a documented visit to the service address for the purpose of attempting delivery of the legal documents.
An unsuccessful attempt does not necessarily mean the assignment is complete. Depending on the service package and circumstances, additional attempts may be made at different dates or times.
Attempts are scheduled based on professional judgment, recipient information, location, access conditions, service deadlines, and other assignment-specific circumstances.
Purchasing process service pays for the professional service attempts and related documentation. Successful service cannot be guaranteed.

Unsuccessful Service
Not every assignment results in successful service.

If service is unsuccessful after the included attempts, the client will receive documentation regarding the attempts made and the outcome.
Additional attempts, a new service address, or other requested services may require an additional fee.
Zaria’s Process Serving does not guarantee successful service and does not currently provide skip tracing.
Court & Jurisdiction Requirements
Service requirements can vary depending on the court, jurisdiction, document type, and case.
Clients are responsible for providing applicable deadlines and any special service instructions supplied by their attorney, court, or issuing jurisdiction.
Zaria’s Process Serving follows applicable service requirements and client-provided instructions but does not provide legal advice, determine legal strategy, or prepare legal documents.
If an assignment involves special affidavit, notarization, filing, or jurisdiction-specific requirements, those requirements should be identified when the order is submitted.
Need More Than Process Serving?
Zaria’s Process Serving also offers select legal support services, including e-filing, physical court filing, public record retrieval, legal document courier services, courtesy copy delivery, and document support services where available.
Availability and pricing may vary depending on location, court, agency, document volume, and requested turnaround time.
